- Call a Board Director. If the Board Director is unavailable to assist you, leave a
Voice mail message and call another Board Director.
- Describe your problem to the Board Director.
- Let the Board Director know if the Maintenance repairman has permission to enter
your apartment when you are not home. Do you have a standard front door lock or a lockbox?
- If you would like to be home when the repairman comes, let the Director know so Service Maintenance can schedule an appointment for a specific day and time to do the repair.
- The Board Director will call the Maintenance Department and Service Maintenance will respond to you.
